Finding a home couldn’t be easier
You will need to create an account to access our online system. If you are already on our waiting list, log in and fill in the application form. In section 3 of the form, when asked 'Do you have an existing application on the Sanctuary waiting list?', please click 'Yes' and enter the customer number included in the email communication you received this week. By doing this we will be able to bring across your effective date and band status.
All of the homes we have available to rent are advertised on this website. The closing date and time is shown on the advert. You can bid for (express an interest in) any home you qualify for and would like to live in.
To bid you need to create an account, complete your profile and provide us with your supporting documentation. This also applies to current Sanctuary residents looking to transfer.

What you need to create an account
- The name and date of birth for everyone on the application
- The National Insurance number for every applicant aged 16 and over
- Details of where every applicant has lived in the past 3 years:
- Full address including postcode
- Date moved in
- Date moved out
- Landlord addresses, email and phone numbers
- Any housing-related debts with your current or a previous landlord
